At MAYEUR every custom order is built to the same performance specification as our off-the-shelf range — premium fabrics, Elastic Interface chamois, race-quality construction — with your club's identity on it. Whether you're a ten-rider race team or a large club, the standard doesn't change.
Every order is built on our Équipe base — available in Homme and Femme fits, and in L and S body fits to ensure every rider in your bunch is properly served. Beyond the jersey and bibs, we supply the full kit — gilets, arm warmers, socks, winter jackets, and casual off-bike clothing for clubs and events.

The Process
Getting your kit right shouldn't be complicated. Here's how we work:

From your first conversation with us to your first ride in the kit, we guide every step. We start by understanding your club — your identity, your riders, your ambitions. Our design team builds around your colours, logos and sponsors. We lock down fit, sizing and finish before anything goes into production. And when your kit arrives, it's ready to race.
1. Discovery We learn how you ride.
Every club is different. Before a single design decision is made, we take the time to understand your team — your racing calendar, your ambitions, your riders. Whether you arrive with a detailed brief or a rough idea, we'll shape it into something worth wearing.
2. Design Your identity. Engineered.
Our design team builds your kit around your colours, crest and sponsors — not a template. Every panel, every placement, every colourway decision is made with performance and visual impact in mind. We work collaboratively until the kit looks as fast as it rides.
3. Technical Sign-Off Fit, fabric, finish.
Before anything goes into production, we lock down garment selection, fit preference — Homme, Femme or both — sizing across the full squad, and print placement. Nothing moves forward until it's right. Your riders deserve kit that performs, not kit that was rushed.
4. Production Built to MAYEUR specification.
Your order enters production using the same premium fabrics and manufacturing partners as the full MAYEUR range. Every unit goes through the same quality control. Custom doesn't mean a lower standard — it means the same standard, with your name on it.
